@rohityadavcloud I have added filters on `state` for systemvms, routers and
storage pool. I have used these filters:
`systemvms`: `running`, `stopped`
`router`: `running`, `stopped`
`storagepool`: `up`, `maintenance`, `disabled`
I haven't added filters for transient states like `stopping`, `expunging`,
etc.
