Second update: Judging from the error I suspected the issue is not with the DB version, rather the script. So I installed cloudstack 4.17.2 instead of 4.18 and the install worked fine. I am suspecting the issue is with the 4.17.2 - 4.18 upgrade script -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
