this is a follow-up on #7753 . In #7766 the search filter is imp[roved, but
several UI components do not use the search filter component and need the same
functionality. as described in (a comment about account
creation)[https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/7766#pullrequestreview-1549019223]
and (about network
creation)[https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/7766#pullrequestreview-1549031294]
several othe locations in the UI suffer the same issue and are not solved by
the fix in #7766
