Hi team,
I notice that if, for example, I create a role that deny list vpn users and
so on, but section on menu still be visible.
User if click on section will receive permission error, but menu section is
visibile.
Probably is required some "if" in vue render of menu, to check if
`child.permission` value is present in `store.getters.apis` like this PR:

1. Create a custom role without vpn permission, but with network permisison
(like user role but without `listVpnGateways`)
2. Create a Accounts with this rule
3. Add new user to this account
4. Navigate to network section and go to "Site-to-Site VPN"
5. User retrive permission error with `listVpnGateways` missing permission
