Hi @kiranchavala, just noticed yes, I'm still facing this issue. I attach here the logs from management server. [vol_logs.txt](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/16579469/vol_logs.txt) Looks like a permission issue, but if I try to delete the qcow2 file on the storage, I have no issue doing it.
