### problem When we create a virtual machine from a template with the password enabled, and we disable the “Start Instance” switch during creation, the password message does not appear after creation. ### versions ACS 4.19.1.3 Ubuntu 24.04.1 KVM ### The steps to reproduce the bug 1. Go to Instances and press Add Instance button 2. Choose password enabled template 3. Turn off "Start Instance" switcher 4. Press Create Instance button ... ### What to do about it? Users expect the password to be shown when creating a virtual machine, regardless of whether it’s powered on or off during creation.
