it looks like db.properties file cannot be loaded.

if this is a fresh installation, I suggest you set up the database again.
you can specify the management server ip with `-i`
```
-i MSHOSTIP, --mshost=MSHOSTIP
Cluster management server host IP. A string, by
default it will try to detect a local IP
