Hi, The error reported here is not specific to CentOS Stream 9, but seems to be the case for all RHEL9-based distros. Using Rocky 9.5 and Cloudstack 4.20.0.0 I get the same error: DEBUG:root:execute:service network restart DEBUG:root:Failed to execute:Redirecting to /bin/systemctl restart network.service This is expected as RHEL9 removed support for network scripts, therefore there's no longer a service named "network".
