On my node1, where I restart cloudstack agent about 2 days ago, its much
faster too

To be honest, about 2 seconds delay it's not a problem. Problem it's 4 and 8
seconds.
I’d like to suggest we pause on this issue for a month, or at least until
delay increases again to 4 seconds or more. Perhaps we’ll see something new in
the logs. Or we could close this issue if the delay stops increasing.
