@gj-aazoo So, what happened on 25th August? Was it when you upgraded to 4.21? `listvmdetails=true` parameter was added in 4.21, Backup overview UI uses it, but not the Instance backups list. So I am suspecting it might have to do something with it. As I am not able to reproduce, can you please try running `list backups listvmdetails=true` one more time using cmk?
