### problem If I poweroff the VM from the Operating system (Hypervisor is KVM the OS is Ubuntu or Windows) the State not changed and stay on Running. I should click on Stop Instance to change State. ### versions 4.21.0.0 ### The steps to reproduce the bug 1. Poweroff the Ubuntu 24.04 from the Terminal of the OS. 2. After ith has already poweroff the State in the ACS UI still Running 3.
