   ### problem

In case of VMware and Datastore cluster primary storage, listCapacity API
for type 3 (CAPACITY_TYPE_STORAGE_ALLOCATED) is showing unexpected values
(Zones > Select Zone > Resources > "Primary Storage allocated" values). There
is no problem with the actual allocations during the VM deployments and also it
shows the proper value under the specific storage.

   1. Initial CS environment has 2 NFS primary storages (2.64TB each)

   2. Check the resource capacities under Zone > Resources > "Primary Storage
allocated" values

   3. Created a datastore cluster on vCenter with one of these NFS storages as
child storage and add it into CS

   4. Check the resource capacities under Zone > Resources > "Primary Storage
allocated" values
