In my opinion, the risk is small.
libvirt is just a management tool, the VMs do not use it actually

I think upgrading to libvirt 10.6.0 is acceptable solution, if it is tested
for several days without issues.
It would be best if Canonical backports the fix (if we can find) to libvirt
10.0.0, test it and include it in the next libvirt minor version
