hey folks, I bring good news. I managed to identify where the big is and is
not on `libvirtd` versions we are bisecting:
- v10.0 bug confirmed (unhealthy)
- v10.2 bug confirmed (unhealthy)
- v10.4 bug confirmed (unhealthy)
- v10.6 bug not present (healthy)
