   ### problem
   
   A template was created with UEFI Secure Boot enabled, and its firmware 
setting is correctly configured as UEFI SECURE. However, when launching an 
instance from this template, the boot mode defaults to BIOS instead of 
inheriting the UEFI Secure setting from the template.
   
   The boot mode need to be manually changed to UEFI Secure for every instance 
deployment.

   4.22.1.0

   XCP-ng 8.3
   
   ### The steps to reproduce the bug
   
   1.Create A template with UEFI Enabled and Update Settings

   2. Lunch VM using Template
   3. Boot Settings are Defaulted to BIOS

   ### What to do about it?
   
   The deployment wizard default Boot Option should be chosen based on template 
settings.
