Regading `ceph-common` package, it is available on some Linux OS distributions <img width="1792" height="1782" alt="image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/f797e9a1-f140-4ae9-9281-eeefe292a0ed"; /> I could not validate the OS other distros, it is possible that the ceph-common is not available, or require some extra repositories. I think it is better to remove the dependency to reduce the impact for users who does not run with Ceph RBD.
