@DaanHoogland this one is in the same VPC ACL area as #14355 and #14352, which you merged today. Could you or @weizhouapache take a look and add it to 4.22.2? Today a multi-CIDR rule is applied on the VR in the wrong order or not at all, with nothing reported back; this applies every CIDR, in order (fixes #12668).
