But from CKS point of view, whatever networking setup used for the cluster, management server should be able to access deployed VMs over it. For isolated networks they are accessed through VR and for shared networks, MS accesses VMs directly. Therefore, can you please check if you can ping/ssh to these master/worker node VMs from the management server host (`~/.ssh/id_rsa.cloud` key can be used for SSH from MS)
