   Its quite similar to deploying a vm. When we login as "domain admin" in 
cloudmonkey api and deploy a vm, we dont need to pass domainid. The domainid 
will be taken from caller user id. Same thing I am applying for creating 
offering.
   
   If we login as domain admin then domain id of that caller should be taken 
while creating offering
