@sm97 It is failing at https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/blob/6f96b3b2b391a9b7d085f76bcafa3989d9832b4e/server/src/main/java/com/cloud/vm/UserVmManagerImpl.java#L3764 Hypervisor must be coming as null here. Will check code for more.
