Log:
Updating the data in the 3.0 changelog. Needs a bit more; i.e. reword/delete
JIRA issues that make no sense, remove the WONTFIXes, merge the subtasks, tasks
and wishes into enhancement/new feature. Comment on deprecateds going away.
