The details for the Http Components and Web Services PMCs are not being
displayed (possibly others as well).
This appears to be because the mailing lists don't follow the standard
convention (e.g. HttpComponents uses [email protected]); further the
Javascript render.js skips the display of any groups for which no mailing lists
were found. It's not clear why the display is suppressed in this case, given
that only valid groups are listed in the drop-down list.
