The file accounts-evolution.json is updated from a listing of:
ldapsearch -x -LLL -b ou=people,dc=apache,dc=org createTimestamp
However, the ASF did not use LDAP until May 2009, so the account history for
earlier cannot be derived from LDAP.
Also some of the original committer details were not added to LDAP.
Only 1995 accounts were created in LDAP in May 2009, however the historical
data shows 2317 accounts as at end of April 2009.
