Whimsy is being updated to provide an analysis of PMC websites to see whether
they include the required/recommended elements.
Many PMCs have multiple projects, and one source of the URLs is the DOAPs.
Rather than have to scan all the DOAPs or all the generated JSON files, it
would be useful to provide a single summary file for Whimsy (etc) to use.
The required contents are:
PMC id
-project name
--project homepage
It would probably be useful to include the following for potential later
analysis:
--project download page
