CB-13357: Improve platform support table
- additional header row with links to platforms
- reorder columns (osx before ubuntu, win8 before winphone8)
- fix inline * footnotes
- additional separator rows, moved 2 rows at the end
Looks something like this:
I am not 100% sure about the seperator naming yet, but could find a better
one category term for "Plugin Interface" and "Embedded WebView".
