URL: https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-device-motion/issues/69#issuecomment-552338267 A potential workaround is to migrate to the WkWebview... though this may be a large task depending on the size of your app. According to the linked bug ticket, this doesn't affect wkwebview. It also explains why I haven't received complaints from my boss last week.
