Simply create new cordova 9.0.0 project and add inappbrowser plugin. After device ready fire webview: `inAppBrowserRef = cordova.InAppBrowser.open("http://google.com";, "_blank", 'location=no,fullscreen=no'); ref.show();` It opens in fullscreen in emulator and on normal phone
