Disable s390x again
Noticed repeated timeouts in
`couch_cfile_prop_tests:'-property_test_/0-fun-2`.
It seems the CI worker gets good enough fio throughput numbers but then
periodically has issues flushing data to disk in a timely fashion. Ideally
we
don't want to start disabling individual tests especially for something as
crucial as cfile and fdatasync we'll disable the CI for now. No other
architectures CI nodes seem to have this issue.
