With dmail. I don't delete messages unless I can respond positively to

uh. my deepest respect for your de-spaghettiing skills :) I'm using separate folders for each mailing list and I store all messages on server (IMAP). This gives me a) access from everywhere b) flags (read/deleted/important) for every mail c) "topic" sorting.
