The benefit of not having an ambiguous mk.conf is more important and far
more common, though.
they should set this themselves. I've heard bug reports about set WRKOBJDIR as
well.
Additionally, this only affects new installations, which by default will have a
writable /usr/pkgsrc, unless the admin decides to do fancy stuff.
