Revert "gcc41: Remove __DragonFly_cc_version from the spec (no longer
needed)."
This reverts commit d7d1ed63ea30a9779ecddd4fc91be4052849051f.
We do not want to break building older source (2.6 e.g.) with a current
gcc41.
