I actually thought about doing so. Not sure if it is needed though.
About 90% of the admins I'm in contact with only needed the URL of
mirror-master and wanted to know some minor details, e.g. "how much disk
space is needed". Usually a mirror admin has its own
infrastructure/scripts for mirroring, so I do not see a clear need for a
wiki page. Besides that, we would get another wiki page which might
become outdated :D
