kernel - Dynamically size lwkt_cache_threads free cache
* Change the default # of free LWKT threads from 32 to 4*ncpus, with
a minimum of 32.
* Improves performance on systems with more than 8 cores.
* NULL-out some fields on thread free as a safety.
