rtld: Fix TLS inconsistency, cleanups
Fixes FreeBSD PR kern/160721: TLS is inconsistent
Uses the proper TLS block to calculate the TLS variable address in the
event the TLS data generation was updated. (FreeBSD SVN 225582)
Also cleaned up a typo and added some parentheses around return
values to sync up with FreeBSD.
