tmpfs: Support NFS export of tmpfs filesystems.
* Implement vop_mountctl and MOUNTCTL_SET_EXPORT interfaces to allow mountd
to export a tmpfs filesystem.
* Implement vfs_checkexp to allow NFS to function.
