Description:
Introduce Jenkins jobs that build the artifacts - triggered by checkins and run
a site:site to ensure that the webpage can be build properly.
See ci-section of pom.xml for job names.
Furthermore we need to ensure compilerLevel settings with the artifact and all
of its dependencies (animal-sniffer - see RAT).
Tentacles uses Java6, add bytecode verifiation and animal sniffing.
Later: Quality build? Create project-reports (PMD, Checkstyle et.al.) like
other components to enforce some sort of clean code.
