Description:
In order to release Tentacles 0.1 properly we need to have:
* (/) link to preview/draft page via
[https://creadur.apache.org/tentacles-wip/]
* (/) Changelog
* Fill Changelog for 0.2 - ongoing until release
* (/) Jira releases / changelogs - makes sense only after changelog is
populated and old jira tickets are added to the version 0.1
* integration as subpage into creadur.apache.org
* (/) integrate existing tentacles page into newly created page with release
information - release information is not copied over, maven-antrun does not
seem to copy file
* (/) complete/sound maven-site-plugin configuration
* (/) copy over old Tentacles page into generated site -
[https://creadur.apache.org/tentacles/] - added as apt-page:
[https://creadur.apache.org/tentacles-wip/index.html]
* release artifacts to ASF dist area including release metadata [~dblevins]
and generate checksums sha512 as sha1 is deprecated
* (/) [https://creadur.apache.org/tentacles-wip/download_tentacles.cgi] -
adapted download page for 0.2-SNAPSHOT and 0.1
