BUNCH of updates to get all the jaxb RUNTIME parts (including DynamicClient)
working with the JAXB implementationbuilt into Java6 as well as the shipped
version. tooling still requires shipped xjc/impl at this point.

Latest PMD eclipse plugins have changed thier classnames so PMD wasn't
getting wired in.
