Update SAAJIn to use above to avoid having to copy the headers and such
into a new Document
Allow an Interceptor to specify additional interceptors to add when it
is added. A "requires this as well" type thing.

Pass the WSSConfig object around better to avoid creating more
default WSSConfig objects when not needed.
