stevedlawrence commented on issue #323: WIP: Configure Sonarcloud.io URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-daffodil/pull/323#issuecomment-585176989 According to that comment chain, it sounds like the sonarcloud check will fail if the PR adds new issues, so that should be sufficient. I guess we'll see what happens once it starts working.
