Verified the UDF commit (commit 53ae92f43a31623f4aa1544db96d3bab0112b46f) is
included in the latest pull from the incubator-daffodil repository. Commit
associated with Jira ticket DAFFODIL-2186.
Reviewed proposal pages with code and did not find any irregularities.
