   Shows that <xs:pattern value="&#xE000;*"/> doesn't work as a
   pattern to match the E000 substitution characters that Daffodil
   uses in XML to replace ASCII NUL characters.
   
   This just adds the test showing the problem. Doesn't attempt to fix it.
