Verified the specified commits (commit 187b3b245efc726c439325686146e0778ab5f9ea
and 9e1b24ab7a04e9cac387d3ca14cf11eb4d8e5689) is included in the latest pull
from the incubator-daffodil repository.
Verified the effected incubator-daffodil sbt test suites execute successfully.
