Verified the specified commit (commit 1038ecb1266632855fb1d1b513d4c8f0437ece7d)
is included in the latest pull from the incubator-daffodil repository.
Verified the all incubator-daffodil sbt test suites execute successfully.
Verified using the attached schemas and test4G/ntf files that the following
message is now rendered:
[error] Parse Error: Failed to populate ImageSegment[1]. Cause: Parse Error:
Choice dispatch branch failed: List(Parse Error: Data is too large for
xs:hexBinary. Consider using blobs instead:

Verified the nightly test schemas compile and save successfully.
Verified the nightly test suite executes successfully.
