Steve Lawrence resolved DAFFODIL-686.
-------------------------------------
    Fix Version/s: 3.1.0
       Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

I cannot find this string in the current repo. Looking through the history, I
can find a single test looking for the expected "string matching regex
`(?s)\d:\d;\d,\d.' expected". But in this commit, that string still does not
exist.

The test looking for this error relates to pattern asserts. I suspect this
error message comes from whatever library we used for pattern checking. Seems
we either dont' use that library anymore or that library changed how details
were reported.

Clearly not an issue anymore. Resolving as cannot reproduce.
