The idea was to download and build the right sbt version when building the container so that it can be avoided everytime the we run the container. Maybe a better alternative would be for this to find the build.properties file and get the sbt version from that? Or maybe that's not even necesary and we sholdn't worry about it? Building release candidates isn't exactly a fast process so maybe we don't care about the extra time needed to download/build sbt? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
