The README says that MiniXML 3.2 or newer is required. I didn't realize it, but
I had installed 3.1 from Fedora and compiled and ran all tests without issue.
Can we bump down the dependency to 3.1? Otherwise Fedora users might think they
need to build from source, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
