I think it could be in its own module, as long as the proper dependencies are in place, as SAX parse/unparse rely on legacy parse/unparse underneath. As far as SAX unparse not being in runtime1-unparser, I think that was due to putting SAXInfosetInputter with the other infosetInputters which are used for unparsing but are also in runtime1, and since SAXInfosetInputter was in runtime1, UnparseContentHandler was also put there. @mbeckerle -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
