@mbeckerle is this what it looks like for you for the launch wizard? <img width="1904" alt="Screen Shot 2021-12-15 at 7 48 33 PM" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/32347414/146287635-cff3b1e1-d83d-4201-a8e9-5fd7449085de.png";> If so your config was not properly saved as there seems to be a debug with the launch wizard. On my work machine the wizard looks how it should but on my personal looks like what is posted which means the styles and script did not get loaded properly. This could be a reason behind your issues but I am looking into it now will report back once I get something figured out.
