VSCode is becoming very popular.
I tried building Daffodil using VSCode as an IDE.
The scala support in it is imperfect w.r.t. implicits and macros.
One warning was blocking it from succeeding, so need to fix that one so that we
can tell people that VSCode as an IDE "works" for Daffodil.
